Endeavour is a CIMT activity focusing on the translation and commercialization of cancer immunotherapies and diagnostics.
The 2016 workshop will take place as part of the CIMT Annual Meeting and will provide an opportunity for scientists to learn about the business potential of their research. Experts in cancer immunotherapy, intellectual property and commercialization will discuss the strenghts and weaknesses of business ideas in the field of cancer immunotherapies and diagnostics. In the second part of the workshop, scientists from biotech companies engaged in cancer immunotherapy development will talk about their company’s scientific background and how the company turned a business idea into a successful enterprise. To give participants a broad impression of the intellectual property and commercialization potential in the field, the workshop will also focus on the corporate view and will outline the influence and opportunities offered by the international markets.
